Wow that sounds like an upleasant issue. It was not a problem at all. nikki wasnt actually ment to go check in so early, she was meant to meet me at ******* but was confused and went to the hotel instead.
Thank you so much for your concerns, but we are still so impressed with the villa and your service.

I have already left positive feedback for this property owner. But I would repeat that the property was very central for the theme parks and Surfers paradise. It was very spacious and comfortable with everything provided for an enjoyable holiday. The owner was in touch with us at every step of the booking process and made us feel very welcome. I would definately use this property again.thanks

just a quick note to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hope Harbour. The apartment was lovely and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. It was very central, and would not hesitate to recommend you to my friends.

Just got back form the villa in Hope Harbour and had to send a thank you mail to Yourself and Diane for your tremendous service, the villa was absolutely superb everything that was described on the website was accurate and didn’t do the villa justice, the rooms were clean, airy, spacious, cool and light, the kitchen, and bathroom facilities were excellent. The privacy of the complex including the pool facility was great and the location in general was genuinely quiet and relaxing, just ideal for our Christmas break. The communication, information and directions given were clear, precise and friendly.Look forward to staying again in the future as customer service seems upmost on your agenda. Please feel free to use our feedback on your website, once again thanks for making a stress free and wonderful Christmas break for my family.

31 December 2007 - received from a cleint who was not fully aware of our policy of full payment 14 days prior to check in:-
We are looking forward to a great stay. I need to however, express our concern in making full payment prior to arrival. As we are only basing our booking on information recieved over the internet, we are not comfortable with outlaying the total amount without physically seeing what we are paying for.
Our response to this was to clarify our policies to the client (our site manager has no facilities to accept payment, and requires a fully paid booking confirmation from clients checking in), take immediate action to create a terms and conditions page on this website, and offer the client a full refund. the client's response is below.
4 January 2008 - Hello Dennis. I'm sorry I haven't contacted you since my last enquiry. We are more than happy to go ahead with the booking and thank you for going to all the trouble to clarify things with us.

Note from Dennis:- It is with some aprehension that we make purchases over the internet, and though our payment terms have never been questioned before, it is entirely understandable that a client would be wary. We have had many satisfied, and more than satisfied clients over the past few years, and I've enjoyed communicating with all of them. I am certain that they have received great customer service and found our villas to be of a high standard. It was great to receive constructive criticism, and I sincerely desire that the net result is better and more relaxed experience for all. Feedback is not only a sales tool, but a way of improving our service and our products. All feedback is very welcome!
9 January 2008 from a client who arrived early, relayed through our site manager:-
A client arrived at 10:45am and wanted to check in. The client's booking confirmation stated 2:00pm and the client was extremely unhappy about having to wait. and demanded to check in immediately . This can be very hard on cleaning staff as it usually takes 4 hours to service a villa and normal check out time is 10:00am. We do our best to meet the needs of our clients and in this case, the client only had to wait an extra 20 minutes . It is very important to read your booking confirmation and if an early check in is required, please request this at the time of booking.
