Maximum number of guests:-

A Studio Unit sleeps a maximum of 2 people plus one infant under 18 months.
A 2 bedroom villa sleeps a maximum of 4 people plus one infant under 18 months.
A 3 bedroom villa sleeps a maximum of 6 people plus one infant under 18 months.
A 3 bedroom villa with additional bunks sleeps a maximum of 8 plus one infant under 18 months.
A 4 bedroom villa sleeps a maximum of 8 people plus one infant under 18 months.

Prices:-
From as little as $25 per person per night sharing a four bedroom Executive Villa. If you are staying for more than 8 nights, a weekly service of your villa is provided FREE OF CHARGE. More frequent servicing is available at extra cost, please enquire.

Check-in and Check-out times:-
Normal check in is 2pm, normal check out is 10am. Early check-in and late check-out can often be arranged, please enquire. It is important that check-in and check-out times are adherred to as failure to do so can effect other guests and cleaning staff. Please note that if you check out later than the agreed time, you will be charged an extra day.

Checking in:-
Please go to Reception at Marina Quays International Hotel, John Lund Drive, Hope Island to pick up your keys. Full directions will be sent to you when your booking is confirmed. Our Site Manager, Diane Reid can be paged from reception. Diane's contact number is 0755309473. Please note that while reception hold the keys to our villas, we are not associated with the hotel in any other way. All enquiries should be directed to Diane, or Dennis on 1800 003165.

Extra guests:-
Quoted prices are based on the number of guests stated in the original enquiry. Extra guests can often be included in a booking as long. The charge for this is $15 per night extra for each extra guest. We may be able to reduce this fee, please enquire.

Minimum Stay:-
Although there is no minimum stay, our minimum rental is $A350.00. We are able to offer substancial discounts for longer stays.
Enquire about a second night for as little as $5.00 extra.

Specials:-
Stay 5 nights and get the 6th night FREE, reduced rental for longer occupancy, try us for a price. Free upgrade (subject to availability). Occasional Last Minute special rates are available.

Safety issues:-
We welcome families in our villas, we believe that the villas are safe and child-friendly. I would however, like to remind parents that small children must be supervised at all times when they are in the vicinity of water, stairs, and many other items found in in your own home. If you have the doors to your villa open, please remember that your children will have easy access to a swimming pool. Please remember to supervise small children in the bath as well as near barbeques, cook-tops, and even hot coffee cups.
